As the Founder & Director of Infrastructure Advisors Pvt. Ltd., he plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s vision of delivering end-to-end strategic and financial advisory services for complex infrastructure projects.
Over the past 15+ years, Mr. Sethia has built deep expertise in the infrastructure domain, particularly in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. His experience spans project conceptualization, feasibility planning, financial modeling, and transaction advisory for BOT and annuity-based infrastructure models.
He has successfully led and closed several marquee road infrastructure projects across India and has worked extensively with both government bodies and private players. Notably, he was instrumental in developing the BOT vertical for SREI Infrastructure Finance and also led international ventures in Russia and the UK for infrastructure equipment financing and medical equipment leasing, respectively.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sethia worked with premier financial institutions like IFCI and ICICI Bank, handling roles in project appraisal, risk strategy, credit management, and structured finance.
