Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing
  relationships.
• Understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams / lenders to deliver
  solutions.

2. Deal Execution:

• Lead the execution of various financial transactions, including mergers and
  acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, restructuring, and advisory services.
• Preparation of pitch books, financial models, valuation analyses, and other dealrelated materials.
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

• Mentor, and develop junior staff, ensuring high performance and professional
  growth.

4. Market Analysis and Research:

• Monitor industry trends, and market conditions to identify new business
  opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support deal origination team.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and their impact on the industry.

5. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to business strategies and goals and collaborate with senior
  management.

6. Financial Performance:

• Monitor and manage the profitability of client engagements and transactions.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive revenue growth and contribute to the firm’s financial objectives.

Education: CA

Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in
deal execution and client management.

Skills: 

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and team management experience.

In-depth understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
